Mr. Sugar has extensive experience representing commercial lenders and borrowers in secured loan transactions including term and revolving loans, mortgage loans, asset backed loans and acquisition financing. Tony has also represented hedge funds in numerous debt and equity investments and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating note and warrant purchase agreements, subordination agreements, shareholder agreements and security documents.

Sugar Law has represented buyers and sellers in numerous asset and stock sales, mergers, restructurings and reorganizations.

Mr. Sugar has extensive experience representing clients in real estate purchase and sale agreements, mortgage financing and commercial leases of all types. Tony has been involved with the acquisition, sale and financing of numerous large residential apartment complexes. Tony also has significant experience representing restaurants and bars including liquor license matters.
